Green Vision Planet is a sustainability platform dedicated to the hospitality industry. It helps resorts, hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, travel agencies and other businesses in the field measure their environmental performance, obtain an eco score and a GVP classification, and receive practice reports and measures sheets. In addition, the platform allows the collection of voluntary sustainability contributions from guests, supporting partners' investments in sustainable practices and the development of the platform. Separately, S.C. ASISARTAS S.R.L. sponsors tree planting through non-governmental organisations.

The partner registers for free, adds their properties and enters the monthly consumption data (energy, water, waste and more). Based on this data, the platform automatically calculates an eco score and a GVP classification, and generates a downloadable practice report and measures sheet. The sheet contains a QR code that guests can scan to add a voluntary sustainability contribution and to verify the property's data.

Registration and assessment are free. You can register, add your properties and obtain the practice report and measures sheet at no cost. In the future, optional packages with additional features will be available, purchasable directly from the admin panel.

You go to the registration page and create a free account. You fill in the company details (name, VAT number, business type, address, contact) and sign the partnership contract directly in the app, with a handwritten signature (drawn on screen), when creating the account. The signed contract is available to you immediately, and the process takes just a few minutes and involves no cost.

After creating the account: 1) You check and complete the details of the company and the first property (created automatically at registration). 2) You enter the monthly consumption data from your invoices: energy, water, gas, waste and occupancy. 3) You add the property's eco features (LED lighting, solar panels, sensors, recycling, etc.). 4) You automatically receive the eco score, the GVP classification, the practice report PDF and the measures sheet, which you download from the panel.

Yes. A single account can manage several companies, and each company can have several properties. When you add a new company from the panel, you sign a partnership contract for that company (with a handwritten signature, just like at registration), after which you configure it. You switch between companies and properties directly from the admin panel.

From the admin panel you can: add and edit companies and properties; enter the monthly consumption data; view the eco score and its evolution over time; download practice reports and measures sheets; track the contributions received from guests; manage the API keys for integration on your own website; and update the account and company settings.

The platform provides you with API keys and integration code, available in the admin panel. You add the Green Vision Planet tool to your own website by inserting the code provided, so that guests can add a voluntary sustainability contribution directly from your page, online.

The platform works on any device with internet access — computer, laptop, tablet or phone. The admin panel and the public pages are adapted for screens of any size, and the QR codes on the measures sheets can be scanned with any phone camera.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?". You enter the email address linked to the account and receive a message with a secure link through which you can set a new password. For security reasons, the link is valid for a limited time.

Yes. From the admin panel you can send a request to insure your business. The request reaches the Green Vision Planet team, which contacts an insurance broker. You are then asked, through a form, for the documents needed to prepare a personalised quote.

The eco score is a value from 0 to 100 that reflects the property's sustainability performance. It is calculated automatically from the data entered, across several categories: LED lighting, energy (solar panels, smart thermostats, motion sensors, smart plugs), appliances (efficiency class), water (saving devices, rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling), waste and recycling, transport (EV charging points, bicycle parking, public transport), local and organic food, eco education and staff training. The more sustainable practices the property adopts, the higher the score.

In addition to the numeric score, the property receives an internal performance level calculated by the platform — Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum — reflecting the degree of sustainability achieved. It is an internal Green Vision Planet classification, not an official classification, and it has no connection to the European energy labels. The level appears on the practice report and on the measures sheet.

After the data is completed, the practice report PDF and the measures sheet are generated automatically and can be downloaded at any time from the panel. The document is bilingual (Romanian for Romania, English for the other countries) and contains a verification code. The sheet includes a QR code through which guests can contribute and verify the property's data.

It is an optional contribution, equal to 2% of the bill, that guests can voluntarily choose to support sustainability initiatives. The contribution is not mandatory and can be added in two ways: online, through the Green Vision Planet tool integrated on the partner's website, or on site, by scanning the QR code on the measures sheet and recording the fiscal receipt number — by adding the code generated from the panel manually through the till, or directly through a unique QR code inserted on the receipt.

Contributions are made in the currency of the country where the partner is registered. The platform automatically sets the appropriate currency at registration, so that both the partner and the guests see the amounts in the local currency.

Yes. To take part in the prize draw there is a minimum contribution amount, set separately for each country. Only contributions that reach this minimum amount receive a prize draw ticket. The thresholds for each country are displayed on the platform.

The contribution is split into two equal parts. 50% stays with the partner, who uses it for their own sustainability investments (for example LED lighting, efficient equipment, cutting consumption). 50% is the price of the Green Vision Planet services — assessment, verification, reporting and platform development. Separately from contributions, S.C. ASISARTAS S.R.L. sponsors environmental organisations for tree planting.

On the platform's verification page you enter the code on the measures sheet or the contribution code (or scan the QR code on the sheet). The system instantly shows you the associated data: the property, the score, the amount and the date.

The Green Vision Planet prize draw is an international promotional campaign organised by S.C. ASISARTAS S.R.L. Guests who add a voluntary sustainability contribution and give their consent to participate automatically receive a ticket with a unique code, sent by email. To take part you must be at least 18 years old and resident in one of the countries eligible for the respective prize. The prizes, entry periods and eligible countries are displayed on the platform and updated automatically. Winners are chosen by random online draw, are announced by email and/or phone, and have 30 days to claim the prize. The full rules are available free of charge on the site.
