The larger the contribution, the higher the number of tickets may be, under the conditions displayed within the Campaign.
6.4. The prize is awarded by random online drawing, carried out by designated representatives of S.C. ASISARTAS S.R.L., on the established date. A number of winners equal to the number of prizes offered is drawn. Reserves will also be drawn, in the order of drawing, for cases of disqualification or non-claiming.
6.5. The winner will be announced by email and/or phone, at the contact details with which they entered, on the draw date and in the following days.
6.6. Claiming the prize: the winner has a period of 30 days from notification to claim the prize, according to the instructions provided by the Organizer. The claim is made on the basis of a valid identity document. Upon delivery of the prize, a handover-receipt report will be concluded, as well as a declaration regarding the fulfilment of the conditions provided in art. 4.2.
6.7. If the winner does not claim the prize within the 30-day period, they forfeit their right to the prize, and the Organizer may resort to the first reserve drawn or may decide not to carry over the prize.
6.8. It is possible to replace the prize with its cash equivalent or with another destination of equivalent value.
6.9. Unjustified prize claims, forgeries and complaints proven to be unfounded and abusive constitute grounds for the Organizer to claim damages. The Organizer has no obligation to maintain correspondence with the authors of claims arising after the drawing and the actual awarding of the prize.

9.5. Providing the personal data mentioned in art. 9.3 is mandatory for participation in this Campaign. If this data is not provided, this will be considered a refusal to participate. A request to cease the processing of data before the awarding of prizes results in the invalidation of the status of eligible Participant.

The Organizer will not disclose personal data to third parties, except for the name and prizes won (for which the participant has given their consent through entry) and to providers/authorities, under the conditions of the Privacy Policy.
